Reid Anderson, Trestle Group Consulting, Manager, Germany

Why did you join Trestle Group?

RA - At the time I joined Trestle Group, I was looking for an international company in which I could explore my personal interests in global cultures and travel while developing my professional skills in managing projects and people. Working with Trestle Group has not only fulfilled my requirements from back then, it has expanded my view of the world to include responsible-minded companies and how they can change the way business is done.

What types of people have you met in Trestle Group?

RA - On the client side I have met solid business leaders facing a world that has been set into hyperspeed by globalization. It is rewarding to work with these leaders to help them face the challenges brought upon by globalization. Within Trestle Group there exists a pool of highly charged, engaged professionals coming from a vast array of industry backgrounds and life experiences. What I really like about my colleagues is their true interest in the world around them and their involvement in the communities in which they live.

How would you describe Trestle Group's culture?

RA - The Trestle Group culture can be best described by the energy I feel in meetings and on projects with my colleagues. There is a highly charged entrepreneurial energy to Trestle Group employees - a culture that believes that the world is small!
